We want to showcase the fantastic range of drinks products from Scotland. We are interested to hear from suppliers of whisky, spirits, beer, cider, low & no-alcohol and soft drinks.
Please note that we are not seeking suppliers of hot drinks, bottled water, or milk alternatives for this event.

Requirements
- Your business must be based in Scotland
- As a minimum, suppliers must have SALSA accreditation
- Businesses should be targeting multiple retailers, on-trade, scale foodservice or regional and national wholesalers in London, or rest of England. Preference will go to businesses who have established routes to market in England, as well as established routes to market in Scotland.
- Businesses should have a clear strategy and focus on a chosen channel (retail, foodservice, on-trade)
Cost
