Why has the event been cancelled?
With our Showcasing Scotland family of events, we always strive to provide the best quality opportunities for our members. Sadly, due to a variety of factors outwith our control, we weren’t able to ensure our usual high standards on this occasion.
Will the event be rescheduled?
Showcasing Scotland Drinks 2025 will not be rescheduled. The Showcasing Scotland family of events is a core part of our event calendar. We’re currently confirming plans for opportunities taking place in 2026.
Will I receive a full refund of my attendance fee? How long will this take to be processed?
A full refund of your attendance fee will be given, along with costs incurred for transporting product to our distribution company. We will ensure this stock is returned to you as soon as possible, with no cost to your business. Our events team is in the process of refunding attendance fees, as a matter of priority.
Will B2Match remain live?
The B2Match website is still live, however, the meeting diary and messaging system has now been disabled.
Can I schedule virtual meetings with the buyers from my confirmed meetings instead?
We are currently in discussions with buyers to assess the feasibility of arranging virtual meetings. Please contact info@showcasingscotland.com for more information.

What is Showcasing Scotland Drinks?
Showcasing Scotland Drinks is a brand new event from Scotland Food & Drink that gives Scottish drinks suppliers the opportunity to expand their reach across the UK.
This exclusive event, open to whisky, spirits, beer, cider, low & no-alcohol and soft drink suppliers allows them to connect directly with top UK buyers and decision-makers from major retail, on trade, foodservice and wholesale businesses.

Who should attend?
Scottish drink suppliers of whisky, spirits, beer, cider, low & no-alcohol*, and soft drinks with capability and ambition to grow in rest of the UK. Suppliers requirement:
- Businesses must be based in Scotland
- As a minimum, suppliers must have SALSA accreditation
- Businesses should be targeting multiple retailers, scale foodservice or regional and national wholesalers in London or rest of England. Preference will go to businesses who have established routes to market in England.
- Businesses should have a clear strategy and focus on a chosen channel (retail, foodservice, on-trade)
*No hot drinks/water/milk alternatives.
Buyers and key decision makers located in London or the south of England. If you’re sourcing for multiple retail, on-trade, foodservice, wholesale, catering, scale foodservice, multiple-site caterer, group travel & leisure operator, or a hospitality group, this is your opportunity to get ahead of trends and connect with Scotland’s drink innovators.
Diverse Representation
We will carefully curate a balanced mix of whisky, spirits, beer, cider, low- and no-alcohol, and soft drink producers to ensure fair representation across the sector. Participants will range from local artisans with compelling stories to Scotland’s flagship brands and leading manufacturers.
All producers are rigorously pre-qualified based on their ambition, technical prowess, and capacity for growth, quality and accreditations, with SALSA being the minimum.
Producers will have the opportunity to meet buyers from London and the south of England.
The Showcasing Scotland Drinks team will use advanced meeting software to arrange supplier and buyer meetings for attendees. Both buyers and suppliers can research attendees and request their own meetings, with the team supporting these requests where possible. The team will offer support before and during the event so each attendee has an empowering experience at Showcasing Scotland Drinks.
